NAMELIST
Statement
The NAMELIST
statement, and related I/O constructs, are
supported by the GNU Fortran language in essentially the same
way as they are by f2c
.
This follows Fortran 90 with the restriction that on NAMELIST
input, subscripts must have the form
subscript [i.e.:
subscript [:
stride]]
&xx x(1:3,8:10:2)=1,2,3,4,5,6/is allowed, but not, say,
&xx x(:3,8::2)=1,2,3,4,5,6/
As an extension of the Fortran 90 form, $
and $END
may be
used in place of &
and /
in NAMELIST
input, so that
$&xx x(1:3,8:10:2)=1,2,3,4,5,6 $endcould be used instead of the example above.
